Hiring a student

The advantages of working in partnership with the Icoges Group:

The Icoges Group has approximately 2,800 students spread out in its schools in Paris and the Paris region, as well as in Lyon and Angers.
A majority of students pursue their university degree while working part-time (en 'alternance')
- Professionalisation Contract
- Long-term Job training Contract
Students enrolled in the 'alternance' program attend classes full-time two days per week and work the remaining three days (which is to say 60% of the time).
For 20 years, The Icoges Group has offered businesses to easily hire young people 'en alternance' (a work-study program), it's proven a success with businesses.

What type of student-worker should I expect given the employment needs of my company?

The academic programs available at the Icoges Group's schools allow students to become quickly 'operational' in a specific profession.
The Career Services Department (which acts as a bridge between employers looking to hire and students seeking employment) takes into account the specific requirements for each employment position offered (vocational academic programmes, proficient in relevant software, as well as language skills...)

How can I hire an Icoges' graduate?

Icoges offers numerous BTS academic programs (two-year accredited university degree programs), European Degrees and French Accountancy degrees to all those students having the 'alternance' status (ie. enrolled in the Icoges work-study programme). We shall analyse your employment offers to help direct you towards the students that may meet your employment needs, to make the hiring process easier for you.
